On August 26, 2019, Professor Fatih Mika, Florence Academy of Fine Arts, Italy, Professor Riccardo Ajossa, Rome Academy of Fine Arts, and Mr. Yuan, a famous curator, visited our university. The president of Hebei Academy of Fine Arts Zhen Zhongyi, dean of International Institute of Education Lan Xincheng, dean of Plastic Arts Institute Jiang Xingda, Professor Wang Xiongfei and responsible person of related majors received guests in the conference room of plastic Arts Institute.

The two sides held in-depth consultations on education, teaching and academic exchanges, and also discussed the short-term and medium-term teaching, co-construction of majors and short-term exchange of views among students. On behalf of their respective universities, the two professors expressed their great willingness to play their part in the exchange and cooperation between the two universities, and invited us to visit Italy and their university.

Taking the visit as an opportunity, our university will gradually strengthen the exchanges and cooperation with the world famous art colleges and universities, promote the implementation of Italian cooperative school-running projects, and provide diversified choices and deeper professional exchanges for the teachers and students of our university.

Riccardo Ajossa, currently teaching at the Rome Academy of Fine Arts, chairs a professor for the Paper Art Studio. His works are collected by the Carobilotti Museum, the Benaki Museum in Athens, Roman Castro Biller Tor Leo National Library, the Vatican Pontifical Council for Culture, and so on.
