On April 28,2018, Professor Reinhard Komar, head of the German Foreign Cultural Exchange Center, visited our university and discussed the cooperation. Zhen Zhongyi ,the president of Hebei Academy of Fine Arts received the guests at the Xianju Mountain Villa.

President Zhen accompanied Professor Reinhard Komar and his party to visit the north and south campus, and also introduced the running situation and architectural style of our university.

Lan Xincheng, executive dean of the Institute of International Education, has carried out in-depth exchanges with the guests on the major, train of thought and policy of running Sino-foreign cooperation. The two sides exchanged views on education and teaching, teacher construction, art exchange, international educational cooperation and other fields, and initially reached a consensus on the Sino-German 3+1 / 4+0 Sino-foreign cooperative school-running project.
